Much has changed since leaving Minnesota for Tennessee two years ago, and while we can’t change the past, I will spend considerable time contemplating what took me so long to get near Music City, the heartbeat of country music.

In addition to settling into our community of Ardmore, being only an hour away from the southern region of Nashville gives me some latitude to attend songwriting sessions and participate in a variety of music industry events, such as the annual Tin Pan South Songwriting Festival, which as much as a music industry reunion as it is an icebreaker for new opportunities.
